Televisions in waiting room are too high up. Hurts my neck when I have to wait a while. If it wasn't for this I would have given 5 stars. I find my dentist Dr. B Patel a delight and my visit resulting in a pain free experience. She expresses emotional intelligence enabling me to overcome my childhood fear of dentists.
The staff seem to be friendly. The appointments NEVER run on time. [Hence 3*]. The frustrating issue is once my children and i arrive at the practice 5 minutes before our apointment and are not seen by the dentist 30_40 minutes after the scheduled appointment. Both times i have to add money to the parking meter which I wouldn't have to if I was seen at my original allocated time. If the surgery have a policy not to see patients who are late as punishment then surely the surgery should pay for additional parking charges incurred to the patient due to poor time management in the surgery.

I have been Dr Campbell-Barr patient for a few months now I have never had any problems with her, quite the opposite, She has been a professional and friendly doctor. She has treated me a young person with high respect and has always been caring. She always take time to help me with my doubts. Dear All Patients who have written these comments about the practice and staff are unfounded. I would suggest before writing these remarks one should have spoken to the Practice Manager. At times from my experience it is always a communication issue. I ask if these comments are true please come and see me and let see what is the truth and where things are going wrong. If we have made a mistake we have no problem in apologising for the mistake but in return if the remarks are unfounded I would expect the person/patient to apologise in regards to the remark. It is so easy to put anything on the net but I am sure there are intelligent people who do not believe everything!

I had to phone five or six times and got through at 9am which is why I only gave 4 stars .But from then on it was a perfect experience I was given an appointment to come straightaway and waited only minutes to see a doctor who was very good and diagnosed my symptoms with a caring and proffesional attitude. The practice was exstremly busy but the reception staff were polite and helpful just a shame about the phone times .

This place is worth every one of these stars and more. I have just had my lunch there. It was totally awesome. The food was tasty and fresh. The shrimp was whole and swimming in a sauce that just begs to be sopped up with bread. Whole shrimp is not my thing... but I just shelled them and stuffed my face :))). The rice, salad and pork medallions were hearty and I ate every last grain and wished I had room to put more. Do not hesitate to try the green wine. The service was also as perfect as the food.
Nice little cafe specializing in Mediterranean dishes. They also have a sweets counter and an espresso machine. Prices are reasonable. Staff/service is good. Restaurant is clean and inviting. I had the Tuna Salad for lunch. Salad included grilled tuna, olives, onions and tomatoes. Very tasty.

I was here from my first day at year 7 till my final day at sixth form. To be honest, this was the best portion of my life till this day. I enjoyed every minute at this school.
