I went to the bike department of Halford, Hayes store today at 12.55 and was served by a lovely gentlemen who gave outstanding service to me and my sister when we was collecting a bike. What a fabulous and helpful man! It was a pleasure to do business with you today.

Bought steering wheel cover didn’t fit so returned it as I was already there. Excellent service but Defo need more staff to help more especially at the parts desk at the back in the hayes branch

Good parking and lots of bargains

Everything you can imagine can be found there but is not actually a pound shop,but a very cheap one anyway. Parking at the back of the building.

Inspite I was there in the morning I had to wait to be served as it was rush hours during a busy sale period. Staff walked around, dissappearing while trying to ask for something. While asking for more than one pair of shoes to try they become rude as they think you just came to have a look rather than to buy something. Felt lots of pressure because of that. It was quite stressful choosing a proper trainers for my son! However they still have got best offers.

Very economic for sport clothes and trainers. Fitting room smells very bad. Customer service could be a bit better.
