I am very happy to share my experience about this salon with the Google community. Very professional and friendly staff, from reception to the person in charge of your haircut, without forgetting the beautician. They will treat you like royalty and do exactly what you expect them to do. They also use really good products and are more than happy to answer your questions if you have any, knowing their topic on their fingertips. Reasonable in terms of pricing compared to concurrence, I highly recommend it. Thank you guys, you’ve just made a loyal and happy customer :)

Absolutely recommend and would definitely go back. The owner Payam was more than accommodating in fitting me in on a Saturday morning. The stylist Cheryl was very polite, skilled and listened to exactly what I wanted. Salon is generally in good condition, clean, not too loud and all the staff are well mannered and presentable. Prices are good too, I paid £45 for a wash, conditioning treatment and blow dry, I have mid length hair.

My favourite hairdresser since 2002! As well as hair you can get your nails done and a wide range of other beauty treatments. Lovely people.

I was sent a few books; everything in fine order. The last one was wrong; a title that I never had heard of. One simple e-mail did the rest; I received an apology, and within a week the book I ordered was delivered (in the Netherlands). Mistakes are made by everyone, but The Orchard repaired it impeccably. I am a satisfied customer.

SMK are the absolute best car entertainment and security specialists I have been to. They are professional, courteous, ensure they ascertain your needs and provide a solution to meet those needs and they are very very knowledgeable. They have been in the business for over 20 years and it shows. The job was amazing and the sound was great. They did not upsell to recommend new speakers even though I told them the speaker sounds ripped. The response was lets put in the unit and see, they were right the speakers were fine saving me money. They also deal with security for cars especially new cars which is highly recommended given its so easy to break into keeless cars using scanners to obtain signals to open and start the cars. They have a full proof solution it is well worth visiting them. Don't go anywhere else you will regret it.

This place is the place to go for vehicle audio and security,, I had an alarm fitted here on my van and the customer service is very friendly and helpful. The price is VERY reasonable I would recommend this place everytime.

Telcam is the only company I trust with my home, business premises and vehicle security systems. They were extremely understanding, efficient and very professional with dealing with all my requests and questions (there were loads!). Their customer service and knowledge is by far the best I have ever come across in the industry and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt secure. Sold and fitted an 'Android Auto' head unit. Good service, they fitted me in same day and their waiting room had comfortable chairs and WiFi so I could work while I waited. One thing that could have been better: I did not choose a head unit with DAB and so when the fitter discovered my aerial was bad it was too late. However, I'll get around that by using DAB on my phone on their advice so I'm happy with the experience and quality of service.

Superior products and service in the SVR market.

Great professional service and fantastic array of equipment to buy or hire. My amp was repaired by them as it let me down at the last minute, I hired one and they repaired mine in a week. Not too expensive either. I would say that in my experience of sound and light retailers and repaired this is the best so far.

I bought a surround sound set here in December and I was astonished by the level of service they gave me, I had received everything on time but unfortunately as products sometimes come out of the factory faulty one of the items I had received needed to be replaced. I requested the adapter to be replaced but instead they replaced the whole set just to be sure, not only did they replace the whole set, the owner himself came to bring the replacement and swap the faulty product! Like I said, I have never experienced anything like this, this is an independent family ran business which means they are still in touch with their customers and go every extra mile to make sure you are satisfied, I'm really surprised where the bad reviews came from? Staff at Flexy Cars are incredibly polite, honest and probably the best customer service I have received for a very long time. Flexy Cars provided a 3 months warranty, 12 months AA road breakdown cover, they had recently done an engine oil change and engine oil filter. I am happy with my car and I really could not ask for more. I recommend them highly and I don't think anyone can fault this type of customer service. Thank you :) Paulo

Not sure why some of the reviews are poor, I had good experience with these guys on purchasing a car. Got variety of options during car selection. Ultimately purchased an BMW X3. Sales process was normal and smooth. Received additional help after few months when I needed a fix (scratches). Very helpful and got a good deal for fix (after checking with few options around). Still call them in case I have any query and always receive good response. Would surely recommend them to anybody looking for a decent deal.

First of all I was a little sceptical about R Crown Cars based on some of the negative reviews, but as they had the car I wanted I decided to give them a go. On arrival, it's a bit of a strange place. Forecourt is in the carpark of an abandoned pub. Looking past this, they were extremely helpful, let me look at the car on my own for as long as I needed and gave honest answers to all my questions. I wanted to wait 5/6 weeks after buying the car to leave this review to make sure there were no issues, logbook received etc... Car is absolutely excellent, immaculate inside and out, they clear take a lot of pride in the presentation of their cars. One happy customer.

Today I went to get my car washed at the BP Station and my car decided to pack up while I am in the Car Wash. By this time Oni one staff members came and helped me and he also brought his work colleague Lee and they both jumped started my car. I had a few problems with my Yamaha raptor quad bike, I took it to these guys and they diagnosed the fault within minutes and had the bike sorted and on the road for the next day! Fantastic service! Very transparent, very good mechanics. Highly recommended!

When I came to England I wanted to ride as I simply love it. Looked for a school and was told by someone to go to Liberty. After arriving late Taki (owner I believe) haven't said a single bad word to me. Instead he asked where I was from etc etc. After introduction and paper work we went straight to learning, we have been shown lots of things, as positioning on the road, roundabouts, life saver looks and many others before we even touched bikes. The teaching styles of the instructors are excellent. Of course they will be serious when it comes to cbt and other tests, your life is at risk, so is theirs and their jobs too, ability to feed their families can be taken away by stupid, people that can't take riding seriously enough. Anyways I will be seeing the whole team soon to learn big bikes :) can't wait. Matt

Absolutely love this place. Nice cafe and soft play area, the aquarium and pond supplies shop is beautiful too. The Craghoppers shop always has a sale on and is a good place to find bargains. Slightly less relevant but the car wash in the parking lot is also very very good.

The soft play is good and only £1.50 with a membership card (£2 without) and the accompanying cafe has a good range of nice food at a reasonable price; an especially good range of delicious cakes. The staff are pretty knowledgeable and helpful but some of the plants look a bit battered. A decent day out on the whole.

Inspite I was there in the morning I had to wait to be served as it was rush hours during a busy sale period. Staff walked around, dissappearing while trying to ask for something. While asking for more than one pair of shoes to try they become rude as they think you just came to have a look rather than to buy something. Felt lots of pressure because of that. It was quite stressful choosing a proper trainers for my son! However they still have got best offers.

It's a great store for teenagers who are peer pressured into buying items of clothing to fit in with their peers. It full of very expensive clothes with stripes, ticks swooshes, and other advertising emblems to make the clothes more expensive than they are really worth. Either that or JD have managed to get exclusive items to push the prices up even more. But the teens love it! The yoooots of today!!!

I can confirm they do pass the cost of components without a markup for Onkyo (I checked with manufacturer). So £60 for repair is perfectly reasonable. Only wish they were open on a Saturday (at least maybe once a month..).
